Foreign Office Architects http://www.f-o-a.net/ have created a new home for Ravensbourne College of Design and Communication http://www.rave.ac.uk// next to the Millennium Dome, now known as O2. The building is composed of a series of interlocking apparently random panels that are actually repetitive. The building is part of an integrated master plan for the areas around the Dome and linked to the Fosters bus and underground interchange.
